The individual will be provided with a DFPS Fingerprint Card with the DCCL ORI # on it: TX922250Z. The individual should get fingerprinted at a local Law Enforcement office, and the individual should then mail their completed fingerprint card and payment to L-1 Identity Solutions per the “Out of State” instructions. The provider can call the Centralized Background Check Unit 800 support line for assistance with this process.
