What will happen if the cancellation deadline expires, before issuing the voucher?
For Cash agents, all confirmed bookings must be paid before the cancellation deadline or the booking will be automatically cancelled. For Credit Agents, if the booking is not cancelled prior to the deadline, the booking is guaranteed and vouchers can be issued any time before the check in date. Please note that suppliers do not require a voucher from the guests of DOTW and the service will only be provided if the supplier has a confirmed booking made by DOTW.
