What will happen if the auditors find non-compliances?
If minor non-compliances are found the RTO will be asked to take action within 28 days and notify VETAB when the non-compliance(s) has been addressed. Action taken may be reviewed at a future audit. Significant non-compliances will require follow-up action with evidence provided to VETAB within 28 days to verify that the non-compliances have been rectified. Significant non-compliances and/or a failure to satisfactorily rectify non-compliances within a reasonable timeframe may result in conditions being imposed and in critical situations may result in suspension or cancellation of registration.
