What will happen if more than one individual files a claim on the same property?
There will be only one Settlement award for each property. If there is more than one eligible claimant with respect to a property, claim compensation will be made by agreement of the eligible claimants or, if necessary, by a Special Master appointed by the Court. The Special Master’s decision will be final, binding and not appealable.
