What will happen if I enter an incorrect Vehicle Registration Number when using Park and Pay?
If you enter the wrong VRN our Parking Attendants will not be able to verify that you have paid. If you suspect that you have entered the wrong VRN you can either call the Pay by Phone number 0870 111 1232 and select “change vehicle details” from the “Other options” menu. Alternatively, you can login to your online account and click on “Profile” to update your vehicle details. Please note, VRN details cannot be changed once a transaction has been confirmed (i.e. during an existing parking session), therefore you will need to make a new transaction with the correct VRN details once they have been updated.
