What will happen if for any reason my event manager can come to personally supervise the event?
We are aware that there might be unexpected situations e.g sickness that will prevent your event manager from performing her tasks on your event day, thus, we at Fit 2 be tied, make it a point to regularly discuss & update the event preparations & details to the other members of the team aside from the assistant event manager. We want to make sure that each member is ready & capable of assuming the responsibilities/tasks of your assigned event or project manager should the unexpected happen. We will inform you beforehand if your assigned event or project manager cannot come to the event. Another F2BT event manager of equal competence will assume her responsibilities. Complete event worksheets will be properly turned over to the new event manager.
