What will happen if a new version of the Form becomes available?
If the form experiences technical changes or updates, a new form will be made available on the hsr.gov website. This current version of the form must be used for all new filings. All old or completed form saved on your computer will still be accessible for viewing, but the information on the old forms does not convert to the newly revised form. If you have client-specific templates, you must reenter the client’s information into the current form.
