If you haven’t done so before the home inspection starts, such as when booking your appointment Online (an inspection agreement will be emailed to you to sign as part of the process), you will need to sign a inspection agreement as required by the state of Arizona. Payment will also be collected by check at that time as well. The home inspection process will take about 3 hours. After which I will go over my findings and answer any question that you might have while still at the home.
