What will happen during a typical session?
Each workout is different, since variety is the key to continued results. But you could expect a session to include stretching, running or walking, resistance training using bands or bodyweight, plyometrics, agility exercises, medicine ball drills and games, boxing, core strength and stability training, suicide sprints to sun salutations. You’ll be gently coaxed to play harder than you have before, you’ll laugh and you’ll sweat, and in return, you’ll get excellent results and a camaraderie that you typically won’t find in a gym.
