What will Greener Seasons do if (when) the pesticide ban is implemented?
Greener Seasons will embrace the pesticide ban. While we are certain that Greener Seasons’ procedures for pesticide use are congruent with those necessary to mitigate risk to human health, animal health and the environment, we know that, unfortunately, not all pesticides are used in such a responsible manner. Since its inception, Greener Seasons has always offered, and encouraged customers to try, pesticide free programs. Over time, we have refined our pesticide free programs and are confident that our back-to-basics approach will produce a thick, green lawn of which the homeowner can be proud. Learning from the experiences of organic farmers, Greener Seasons focuses on building healthy, fertile soil (because healthy soils grow healthy plants) and creating a lawn that is thick with healthy, vigorous grass (because thick grass can choke out many weeds).
