What will customers receive when they place an order for iGlobalCare?
We are introducing a new iGlobalCare package that will include a Welcome Letter, Certificate with important contract details, Terms and Conditions, and the most current Knowledge Base CD contained in a new iGlobalCare CD Case. Soon, the support package will also include a Support Guide that provides additional detail on program deliverables. Customers will receive the full iGlobalCare Package when ordering iGlobalCare for the first time, ordering iGC for a new site or renewing a support contract in 2003. Customers who make subsequent orders of iGlobalCare for an existing site throughout the year will receive a new support certificate, and terms and conditions. Until further notice, current CIMPLICITY HMI customers placing an order for iGlobalCare will also be sent a new PE CD and upgrade authorization.
