Continuing Education Credits will only be awarded for activities completed within the five year period (for certifications issued prior to February 28, 2011) or the three year period (for certifications issued March 1, 2011 or thereafter), commencing on the date certification was issued and ending on the date that of application for certification renewal. To be eligible for CE credits, the content of professional development activities must address one or more of the competency areas as set out in the Canadian Standards and Guidelines.
