If the viewer tries to view a CertifiedVideo message on a mobile client, the message will be viewable, but the player will be replaced by a static alternate image. This is due to the technical limitations of Flash Lite, found on most mobile devices. The ability to view CertifiedVideo message content requires the desktop version of Adobe Flash Player.
