What will callers experience?
When your callers dial your main number (and extension), they will hear your professional business greeting and then the auto-attendant will ask them to hold while they try to locate you. As they wait, they’ll hear music-on-hold or ring tones, depending on how you set up your account. You can configure your account so that the auto-attendant asks them to state their name. You’ll hear the name by phone or, if you’re online, through your computer speakers.
