What will BS21 provide for young people with special educational needs?
Through Building Schools for the 21st Century, we aim to provide students with teaching to suit individual learning need and style. As part of the programme, special schools will be developed further as centres of expertise, extending services to support parents and carers and sharing specialist knowledge with other schools including mainstream schools. This will support greater inclusion and support for all young people with special educational needs including those at mainstream schools.
