The contractor will be allowed to work at any time, including nights, while abiding by applicable noise ordinances. The contractor will not be allowed to close lanes between the hours of 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There are no restrictions on lane closures during the weekend.
