Hedgeable charges a flat 1% management fee. We aggregate all of the assets under the Plan when doing this billing. Our 1% fee covers all daily management of the investing strategies that we offer, trading, operations, account management, client service, reporting, and access to our technology platform. There will be additional fees from the Custodian and Third Party Administrator, along with expense ratios charged by ETF and Mutual Fund companies (if plan participants choose to allocate to them versus a strictly stock portfolio). We would expect the total fees to be around 2%, which is very cheap in the 401(k) space.
