What will be the structure of ACER?
ACER will have an administrative board, a regulatory board and a board of appeal. A director, who is appointed by the administrative board after favorable opinion by the regulatory board, will represent ACER. In substance, most decisions of ACER will have to be prepared and agreed to by the regulatory board, consisting of senior representatives of the NRAs.
