What will be the standstill period for an animal returning to Northern Ireland from shows in another Member State?
The animal must comply with the 6 day standstill requirement before movement within Northern Ireland can take place. It must be resident on the holding for 30 days before being eligible for export to a Member State. You can apply to your local DVO to have on farm isolation facilities approved to assist with normal movement in and out of your holding.
