What will be the process for staffing the Shared Service Centres (SSCs) and when will this occur?
In establishing the workforce of the SSCs we need very skilled Corporate Services employees who have a sound understanding of the public sector and its agencies. Therefore the SSCs will be largely staffed by existing permanent Corporate Services employees. Leadership and management positions in the SSC will be filled first, to assist the General Managers to progress the establishment of their centres.
