What will be the process for comparing learning outcomes against the new exams in terms for gap filling CPD?
This is still to be decided. It is expected that each of the examining bodies will do this for us and identify that if for example you have G10 you need to gap fill areas that the new standards / syllabuses cover that previous versions didn’t. This cannot be done until after the final standards are published next month. However, any structured CPD that you have done over the last few years will count as long as you have the evidence. there will be lots of CPD opportunities over the next 33 or 34 months to help you fill any gaps you have.
