Pricing for the new iGlobalCare program will be consistent with current pricing levels, which is between 17 – 20% of product list for iGlobalCare Complete. Pricing will vary within these ranges on a product-by-product basis to enable us to normalize pricing across the product lines. Our objective as we roll out this pricing is to remain close to price neutral for all current iGlobalCare and SAFE customers. To see exact iGC pricing for a particular product, please refer to pricing on SalesBytes. Visual SPC product family support plan pricing will now be 14% of product list for iGlobalCare Assist and 17% of product list for iGlobalCare Complete. iGlobalCare pricing for DataViews software is consistent with the previous pricing so customers will not see a change to DataViews at this time.
