Minimum system requirements are: Windows XP (Vista, Win 7), Internet Explorer 6.5 8.0 or Firefox 1.5 3.5, Active X and Javascript enabled. The MITS Web Portal does not work with any other browser, i.e. Safari, Opera or other operating systems, i.e., Mac OS X. High speed Internet access is strongly recommended due to the inability of dial up access to accommodate the size of files that will be transmitted via the MITS Web portal. Users must also have a valid Medicaid provider number, tax ID, and a valid email address. More specific information about the new MITS Web Portal will be available in the coming months.
