What will be the Hours of Operations?
It will be expected that retail stores will be open 7 days a week with an initial schedule of 10 to 6 Monday through Thursday, 10 to 7 Friday and Saturday and 11 to 5 on Sunday. Hours may vary depending upon the season. Restaurants will range from Breakfast/Lunch, Dinner Houses and specialty food outlets that will provide food service from 6am to 10pm minimum (subject to individual restaurant) providing daily food service. Each restaurant can close 1 day each week Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, coordinating with others so all are not closed on the same day. Professional offices will be open 5 days a week with average hours of 8am to 5pm.
