There is a rough two week innitiate period where we all get to know each other better and make sure we’re a good fit for you and you for us. After that you’re promoted to full kin member. Concerning officers, there will be no exact litmus test but seniority, helpfulness, knowledge, maturity, ability, leadership innitiative and good people skills definitely top the list. Not necessarily in that order.
