What will be the fate of the pump-and-dump stock spammer?

Some of you may be aware that a member known on bulkerforum.biz as “Nick Danger” has recently been running off at the mouth (more than usual) regarding legal action he is in the early stages of planning against the anti-spam blog “spam-court.com”. Spam-court.com is a non-profit blog which reposts information discovered about several members of that forum. His research is top notch and has been responsible for at least one member – “mcproxy”, a known botnet herder and porn, mortgage and pharmacy spammer – leaving the spamming industry altogether, or at least claiming he was leery enough of information posted to that blog to do so. Time will tell. Spam-court makes absolutely no money from any of the postings made on its site, nor is there any intention to profit. Please note that I personally am not the owner or operator of spam- court.com. Nick Danger seems to think that no website has a rig
