What will be the effect when Ameritech is given authority to also offer both types of services?
A. Ameritech’s infrastructure in the Tri-Cities is currently not capable of providing video services and it is unlikely that the will invest the capital required to allow them to do so. Further, they have exited the video services market entirely through the disposition of all of their video capable assets.
