The effect of the Study on property values is unknown. Property owners are advised to seek independent advice on any impact on their property value. Council is working to minimise impacts on residents. We are not proposing restrictions on development at this stage. Coastal erosion risk has been identified on planning certificates for properties identified at risk of coastal erosion.
