What will be the criteria for award for Native American Grants?
Panelists will rate proposals based on answers to the questions presented below. The weights for each answer are as follows: (1) Need in the target area (no regular points, but up to 10 bonus points) (2) Project design and service strategy (40 points) (3) Youth development and community service (20 points) (4) Dropout prevention (20 points) (5) Management and accountability (20 points) These questions are discussed in more detail below.
