What will be the cost of converting and upgrading?
Vigilant will provide a coupon towards the purchase of the Windows version to all customers who have purchased Vigilant for Basics in the past. The coupon will be a dollar for dollar value based on the current retail selling price of our Point of Sale Accounting & Inventory Control and Sales Order Accounting & Invetnory Control. Purchase Order and Credit Card Authorization Interface will be provided free of charge with the Point of Sale and Sales Order products. For customers who have purchased and are currently using additonal Optional Features, the Windows purchase price will be credited dollar for dollar of the current selling price of the equivalent Vigilant for Basics Optional Features. A data conversion program will also be provided free of charge. To ensure that the conversion to Vigilant for Windows will be smooth and trouble-free, Vigilant requires that the customers who have access to cusomter support during the first year.
