Outline applications: The assessment panel will be a specially convened MRC-BHF panel which will decide which of the applications received should be invited to submit full proposals. Full applications: These will be reviewed by external referees and then considered by a joint MRC-BHF Panel, which will include international experts. Further details will be published as they become available and will be dependent on the range of applications received.
