Every participant joining the programme shall receive a fellowship of Rs.10,000/-(gross) per month and a contingency grant of Rs.20,000/-per year. The fellowship and contingency grants are assured for four years; in deserving cases and subject to availability of funds they may be extended for the fifth year.
