XHTML will become the new mark-up language standard for the Internet. XHTML redefines HTML as an XML application. XHTML provides a painless transition to advanced technology that improves HTML with uniformity of document structure and increased interoperability (e.g., wireless, desktop). · Other features that will improve the end-user experience and simplify push application development.
