This process is designed to ensure all stakeholders have an opportunity to understand the decisions made and to participate in influencing the change process as implementation progresses. Targeted communication will include forums, information sessions, media releases and website updates. Opportunities for consultation are provided through the website, in writing to the Chief Executive or through one of the forums.
