What Will Be Included Within the Stafford Borough Local Development Framework?

Stafford Borough Local Development Framework will comprise a series of Local Development Documents (LDDs), including Development Plan Documents (DPDs), Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) and the Statement of Community Involvement (SCI). The DPDs have legal development plan status and will be subject to independent examination. Stafford Borough expects to produce a number of DPD’s details of which are included in the Local Development Framework (LDF) which also details a programme for preparation of the documents. The Local Development Scheme contains the programme of the preparation of LDDs/DPDs. To view more about the LDS, please click here. Each document will be subject to Sustainability Appraisal.
