What will be happening to dangerous goods and major hazard facilities in WA?

It is intended that dangerous goods and major hazard facilities will continue to be regulated in WA by the Resources Safety Division (RSD) of the Department of Mines and Petroleum. WorkSafe has been liaising closely with RSD and the intention is for these laws to adopt the relevant part of the model WHS Bill and Model Regulations.
