Workshops cover the following aspects of the Success Measures participatory, outcome-based evaluation process: • Session 1: Planning a Success Measures evaluation, including understanding participatory outcome evaluation, engaging stakeholders, developing a statement of change or “Benefits Picture,” and navigating the Success Measures Data System (SMDS). • Session 2: Conducting an evaluation using Success Measures outcome indicators and data collection tools. Includes instruction on using the basic features of the Success Measures Data System (SMDS), selecting and using Success Measures outcome indicators and data collection tools, entering data into SMDS and generating SMDS tabulations of data collected. • Session 3: Analyzing data and using it to inform programs and demonstrate success; integrating evaluation into ongoing programs and organizational processes and planning for future evaluation cycles.
