What will Aviza and the City do if the property re-zoning does not pass?
Should the re-zoning not pass, Aviza will again review its options and coordinate accordingly with the City and other required parties in our effort to move ahead with our plan. Aviza has had a team dedicated to the re-zoning effort and will continue to work with the City of Scotts Valley and the community to carry out a plan that will benefit all parties. In fact, certain Council Members have been supportive of our plan.
