What will an outline planning application include?
An outline planning application is being submitted as the design is currently at an early stage. As outline application allows for a decision to be made on the general principles of how the site can be developed. These principles will include details of the use, amount of development, indicative layout, scale parameters and idicative access points. More detailed design matters will be reserved; these include details of layout, scale, appearance, access and landscaping. These matters will be consented through Reserved Matters applications to Warwickshire County Council planning authority.
