What will an MMI station assess?
The Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy‘s Admissions Committee has, in conjunction with Faculty members and practicing pharmacists throughout Ontario, determined the most important non-academic attributes (or personal qualities) that are necessary for a pharmacy student to possess at time of admission. These qualities cannot be assessed in written tests, e.g. PCAT, nor are they reflected in the student’s prior academic grades (e.g. cumulative university average). Students with these qualities, together with strong academic scores, will be better prepared to successfully progress through the Pharmacy curriculum, and into a future career as a pharmacist.
