What will Aeroplan do with my information and how is my privacy protected?
Every time you receive a survey from Aeroplan, you will be informed about its topic and given the option of participating in it or not. If you choose to participate, all the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and used only for research purposes. To ensure your privacy, your answers will be grouped together with those of other Aeroplan Advisors who have completed the same survey. We may use other information provided to Aeroplan in addition to survey answers in order to better understand the needs of our members and to improve the program.
