Federal: To me, it’s incumbent upon the corporation to be very realistic with their employees that they have on incentive and let the people know what is going to happen and how they can influence the performance of the organization. To me, the money paid is only part of the motivation for people to perform. The other part of it is capturing the individual’s imagination around being a part of a successful team. And I think a lot of times companies forget about that and focus on the money where I think they need to focus on individual pride, if you will, in creating the teamwork it takes to be successful and creating that environment.
