What, when & how will standards be established for the new one or two Choice Schools? What, when & how will standards be established for transfers if allowed by the Board’s action?
Academic standards are in place for all schools whether choice or boundary. These standards will remain in place in any option. They are aligned with the State standards. Transfer procedures are currently in place. If transfers were to be allowed, the current procedures would be reviewed and possibly modified. At this point of the process these details have not been considered.
