With respect to the life Insurance, the majority of those present feel that they don’t receive timely information on the status of their policy. For example, before the meeting a document was distributed, which many felt was not clear. As to the medical insurance and the pensions, the participants exchanged opinions with representatives of the Bank, the chief of the Benefits and Compensation Division, and the executive secretary of the Staff Retirement Plan. Both gave clear presentation and took questions.
