I think it’s the Cold winter when the russians were starving…In Feb 1917, a spontaneous revolt by the workers occurred and armed forces overthrew the authorities in Petrograde now St Petersburg. Tsar or Czar was abdicated and his powers passed into the hands of the provisional government under Kerensky.
