What were the reasons we fought the civil war?
Slavery was part of the reason for the civil war. The other reason was there was two different government body at that time (Two President one for the south and the north). There was two currency, ideal how the country should be run, the south wouldn’t do what the north tell them and the other way around, and south wouldn’t give up there manual labors to work the crops. Because they will go broke!
