No additional fees were requested. • Under J. Cost Proposal on pg. 9 of the RFP, it indicates that a cost proposal shall be provided by component, i.e. TDA claimants. Is it your expectation that a Cost Proposal be prepared individually for each of the 35 Transportation Development Act Fund financial audits requested on pg. 1 & 2 or is it your intent to have one Cost proposal prepared that includes all of the TDA Fund Financial Audits listed?
