Politically, that the State is responsible for overseeing the well being of the nation, directing the economy as well as seeing to the security needs of the German people. Their actual economic policy was actually an ad hoc affair. To gain power Hitler would make deals with the Big Business leaders, assuring them of continued profits. He would further undermine the presumed socialist nature of the party. As long as private businesses supported the party/state goals, they tended to be left alone. The Nazis also promoted a racial belief that colored all of their policies. This is of course the idea of an Ayran race, a racially pure group of humans who represented the ideal in humans. Naturally, Aryans just happened to be Germans, or of Germanic blood.
