What were the conditions after the fall of communism in germany and russia?

Well Germany wasn’t communist. Hitler was a fascist. And communism in Russia didn’t fall at the same time that Germany lost WWII. The conditions after Germany surrendered in WWII were basically that Germany ended up being split up into four parts. The Allies got the West part of Germany, and the Soviet Union occupied the East. France, Great Britain, and the US occupied the West side of Germany. Berlin, which was deeper into the Soviet side of Germany, was split in a similar way, east and west.
