Yeah there were a lot of stupid laws that citizens had to obey in order to vote. The only one that should not have changed was the 18 year olds could vote amendment. 26 should be the voting age, and or 18 if you served in the Military and got an honorable discharge, along with being able to drink. There is nothing stupider in America then college kids.
